How can I authorise delivery without a signature?
You can authorise this through the MyPost app or via a text message from Australia Post. Note that we are not liable for lost or stolen packages if you choose this option.
What happens if no one is home to receive the delivery?
If no one is home, Australia Post will take your package to the nearest Post Office for collection, and they will leave a ‘Collection’ card or update your tracking information.

How do you wash Bamboo clothing?

When drying, air dry whenever possible. But don’t leave your bamboo clothes in the dryer or under the sun for too long, this can cause wrinkles and reduce softness
